Hair flair

I am the newest addition to Laura & Cake's weekly "Stitch & Bitch." This Tuesday gathering is described by the hostesses as such: "We hang out, work on projects together, and smear ideas all over the place."

Now, keep in mind that the people who host this are artists. So are all of their guests. And yours truly does not possess talents that are well-translated into the spatial arena. Last time, I attempted to write an essay on post-feminism vis-à-vis Hillary Clinton's campaign, but seeing as how she had just dropped out, I was not inspired. Also, I kind of wanted to do something with my hands.

So I got crafty this week. I went to Daly City after work and spent nearly two hours at a magical crafts store Julia swears by before coming back to Potrero Hill.
